KiwiHeal is an online software service for patients that supports AI-assisted interpretation of medical documents and image files for informational purposes. The terms below govern the use of the service.

The platform allows uploads of medical documents and image files, AI-based explanations, and a review of likely next steps.
- PDF and Word uploads
- image file and screenshot analysis
- plain-language document explanations and informational summaries
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for handling uploaded documents lawfully and for having the right to process them within KiwiHeal.
Users are also responsible for not treating KiwiHeal outputs as a diagnosis or a substitute for urgent medical decision-making.
4. Access and use
Some KiwiHeal features may require registration, sign-in, or a separate access entitlement.
The service, available features, and usage limits may change from time to time.
5. Limitations of AI outputs
KiwiHeal outputs are informational and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
The service does not replace a doctor, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or emergency care.
