KiwiHeal – Acceptable Use Policy

This page explains how KiwiHeal may be used for patient-facing document and image analysis, and what conduct may be treated as abuse.
Permitted use
- uploading your own medical documents, reports, discharge summaries, referrals, and related Word/PDF files
- analyzing your own image files, screenshots, or scanned healthcare materials
- using KiwiHeal for document interpretation, informational explanations, and understanding likely next steps
- lawful document handling when you have the right to upload and process the materials
Prohibited use
- uploading another person's documents or health data without proper authorization
- using KiwiHeal as a substitute for diagnosis, urgent care decisions, or medical emergency handling
- unauthorized access attempts, automated overload, or circumvention of the service
- uploading malicious, deceptive, or non-healthcare content
Important limitations
KiwiHeal is not a medical diagnostic service and does not replace a doctor, urgent care, or formal medical advice.
If your condition is urgent, worsening, or requires immediate care, do not rely on KiwiHeal and seek medical attention instead.
Consequences
In case of abuse or material breach, KiwiHeal may limit or suspend access and take appropriate technical or legal action.
